I just watched the review, it’s really good and sounds honest, thanks for the recommendation!

Oh good, I wasn’t really sure what you meant with your last comment. I’ll give the review I watch, I didn’t know the YouTuber.
- Comment on Doom the dark ages... 2 days ago:
I haven’t watched it, I guess we just feel the same about the game.

I absolutely love Doom Eternal, it’s my favorite shooter of all time by a landslide.
Dark Ages still hasn’t sold me, parries are the last thing I ever wanted from a Doom game and they seem to be the game’s main focus.
I can respect Id Software for trying new things with every game, but taking away movement and focusing on parry mechanics isn’t really innovative to me.
The 80 euro price tag doesn’t help, there is no way in hell I’m paying that much for a game.

- Comment on I really need these games ported to Steam. What do y'all have on your lists? 1 month ago:
Infamous 1 and 2, I’d love a remake to be honest but I’ll take a simple port.
- Comment on What open-world games on Steam have satisfying movement, like Arkham Knight or Spider-Man? 1 month ago:
Dying Light 2 has the best traversal I’ve seen in an open world, it had a very solid base coming from the original but it expanded it with new moves and tools.

- Comment on Which co-op first person shooters would you recommend? 2 months ago:
Mmm, the structure is more or less the same, you now have 2 (3 with dlc) stories per world that you can get each reroll.
- Comment on Which co-op first person shooters would you recommend? 2 months ago:
The first game felt like a really cool tech demo with the occasional cool boss here and there.
The sequel is that concept turned into a proper game. Each world now has it’s own mini-campaign that ends in a final boss with dialogue, minor choices and everything.
The bosses are my favorite part though, the main ones are extremely creative and polished, especially the final one.
- Comment on Which co-op first person shooters would you recommend? 2 months ago:
It’s a big improvement on every area, especially the bosses and levels.
It’s the kind of game that makes it hard to go back to the original.

That’s fine, have fun then.
- Comment on Which co-op first person shooters would you recommend? 2 months ago:
Remnant 2, it’s third person but it’s one of my favorite games ever.
- Comment on Gaming has a polarization problem 2 months ago:
I’ll be honest, I downloaded Avowed through gamepass and couldn’t stand it for more than 4 hours.
It’s about as dull as a game can be and doesn’t excel at anything, even when compared to games that released 15 years ago.
Do I think it’s garbage? No, but I also would not recommend it to anyone, it’s not worth their time nor money.

Have you seen what the recent UE5 games play like? Not even frame generation can make them run smoothly.
I honestly prefer creation.
- Comment on [TerakJK] Avowed vs The Outer Worlds - Obsidian's previous game - Attention to detail. 2 months ago:
I didn’t get that far to be honest, the first world felt so by the numbers that I just kinda never picked it back up and looked up the rest of the story online.
I can’t say I missed much and my expectations for the next one are about as low as they can get at this point.

I thought Outer Worlds was a pretty mid but Avowed is not grabbing me at all so far.

- Comment on BlackMythWukong has received 4 nomintations from TGA!! 5 months ago:
I can’t believe Shadow of the Erdtree got nominated over Helldivers or Space Marine 2. It’s a DLC and it’s not even that good compared to the base game.

I quit when they announced the membership increase a few months ago.
I’ve been logging on for the new updates since my membership lasts until next month but they have all been pretty much terrible since.
It really saddens me to see the game go down this path.
- Comment on ‘Unknown 9: Awakening’ Arrives To 200 Steam Players, Poor Reviews 6 months ago:
The article honestly reads like they are glad the game failed.
I haven’t played it but, from reviews, it seems to be a pretty decent AA game with poor marketing.
