Never played any of these before. Do I start with this one or would I need 1?
- Comment on If you bought a 3D printer for personal use, was it worth it? 2 months ago:
I got an Ender and for two years was trying to just get it to work properly, repairing it, and learning about printing. After all of that I have an okay printer, but I’m a bit jealous of everyone starting out now that won’t have to deal with all of the garbage I did. And I’m sure people who started years before me felt the same when the Enders came out. If not for those annoyances, yes it’s been worth it.

But I do think he’s an idiot. There’s nothing to suggest he is intelligent beyond the average person, and many decisions he’s made that suggest he’s less intelligent.
- Comment on Musk's X sues advertisers over alleged 'massive advertiser boycott' . 3 months ago:
Whole I think it will have that effect, Musk isn’t smart enough to have thought about it that deeply.

I’ve had both Seagate and WD drives fail. I just think drives fail rather commonly.

That’s just because of all its spaghetti code.

How many miles? Would you say, ten million?
- Comment on Escape From Tarkov studio boss says he "did not foresee" players would get mad about charging extra for PvE 6 months ago:
CyberPunk 2077 did a similar thing. Seems to be a new pattern. Promise free DLC to drum up support. Charge for the DLC. Wait for things to cool down. Do it again.

- Comment on Amazon Prime Video will start showing ads on January 29th unless you pay extra for ad-free 10 months ago:
No point in paying for Prime Video when other services like Tubi or even Pluto TV offer free movies/shows with ads built-in. When I realized that it was easy to cancel.

Of course it’s missing New Zealand.

You definitely need a straw for a Slurpee or Icee because otherwise you can’t go KhHHHhHhhHHhhuhHh with the straw against the lid up and down making that horrible sound as you try to drink the bottom and the top flavor consecutively. Can’t do that without a straw.

Great show. It’s a shame we never ever got another season.

- Comment on Unity will start charging developers each time their game is installed 1 year ago:
As someone who’s been following Unity’s development since 2.0, this doesn’t surprise me. They’ve always struck me as a company that doesn’t care about developers. And while all companies are trying to make money, there’s a difference between “pay for our product because we need money to operate” and “we love Adobe’s subscription model and want to outdo them - and we will squeeze you as much as possible.” Have a little heart, Unity.

It’s free real estate.
- Comment on Starfield Launch Details, PC Specs & More 1 year ago:
I was burned too bad with Cyberpunk 2077 that even though Starfield seems to be all right, I’m waiting until after reviews come out before I pick up a copy. That just means I wait a few more days to reduce the risk of more pain.
