I mean maybe. A lot of people today aren’t having children bc of the general state of things and concerns around climate factor into that

Does the graph include how palm farms are built on precious forest land that has since been burned down? and that the land primarily being burnt is some of the most important land for storing carbon and providing oxygen?
- Comment on billionaires are a cancer on society [literally] 4 weeks ago:
I’d like to share a revelation that I’ve had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species. I realized that you’re not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an area, and you multiply, and multiply, until every natural resource is consumed. The only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet, you are a plague, and we are the cure.
Fuck man. Now I need to rewatch The Matrix

Who care about the city? The things that actually matter:
- specs
- Quality of the chip
Are these things worth $400? Hell no. But I still don’t think this is a good comparison.
- Comment on Ancient civilizations probably mysteriously died out because they became so advanced they realized what they were and just couldn't anymore. 3 months ago:
If you generalize the term “civilization” to be any sufficiently large group of people who have some sense of shared purpose or identity you could include gaming communities or even forums too
Things usually don’t just explode all at once though ofc sometimes there is abrupt change that causes a community to decay rapidly
