Sad when you can’t find a decent small truck under $10k unless you want 300k miles. Shit is out of control

Used car prices have shot up over the last few years. Add on the increasing price for new ones nd it is not hard to see why. People not paying of their cars and rolling over the remaining balance is the new norm.

People need to understand that the debt is not the issue. It’s healthy to run a national debt. The massive problem is the dollar is being run into the ground. We are losing allies left and right which compounds your debt. He is fucking us on both sides.

- Comment on A new technology for extending the shelf life of produce 2 months ago:
For the study, which appears today in Nano Letters, Marelli and researchers from SMART applied small patches of the microneedles containing melatonin to the base of the leafy vegetable pak choy. After application, the researchers found the melatonin was able to extend the vegetables’ shelf life by four days at room temperature and 10 days when refrigerated, which could allow more crops to reach consumers before they’re wasted.
A simple technique to save a lot of wasted food.

Grade C? Shhhhhhit! A sit down is about the same price. Pick-up meals from a sit down is the same price. I would say Grade F+ price and I do love taco bell every once in awhile.

Zillow is a part of the problem. With all the data collected and only a few companies, prices are conveniently increasing at extreme rates. It is not just cities; land and rural areas are increasing at high rates.

Every red blooded american should purchase a long range rifle. Something common and in the bolt action family. Look for 6.5 creedmoor, .223, or .308 caliber. One day you may have to protect yourself from hackers.
