  I sometimes feel the same way and have some health related issued from that world at 36. I try to get on a better track for 3 years now and it gets better. This also involved a job switch, psychological and physical work. At least the amount your time and lower back allows.

  Thanks for sharing your painfull lesson. I don’t interact with DB’ directly a lot, but WHEN I do in the future I’ll select first and validate… Such things can happen sk fast. No self hate, man!
