Hi — my account was approved recently. I would like to create a compliant 18+ review/discovery community, but /community/add_local currently sends me to the “account is too new or reputation is too low” page.
Is there a documented account-age or reputation threshold for creating a local community, or is this something an admin can approve manually?
I’m happy to use the instance normally first and follow the site rules. Thanks.
