MemoryCleaner is a small, free Windows utility for manual or automatic memory cleanup. You can choose which memory areas to clean in Settings. Automatic cleanup can run on a timer or based on memory usage, with cache cleanup when available memory runs low.
The executable is around 110 KB, including its code signature. A portable version is available, and it is free for personal and commercial use.
Some cleanup options can cause brief pauses during gaming or video playback, so they are turned off by default. Memory cleanup is not a replacement for adding RAM, and clearing cache is not always beneficial.
