1/ A week away from home, in Leeds childminding for our eldest who was on a business trip. I'd missed getting up at 6 every day and walking to school.. honest! 😦

2/ My first visit to an Ikea (at age 59!) on the way home at Meadowhall in Sheffield- what an enormous shop, I counted 18 furnished house setups. Amazing but a tad overwhelming!

3/ Experimental cooking! I tried roasting cauliflower with the spuds and sweet potato, all covered in cumin and herbs. Completely delicious 😋
