Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Condition: no Vivaldi window open, Vivaldi is the default browser
  2. Click any link from another app

What should happen:
A Vivaldi window should open, containing a single tab with a new link
(Also, if a Vivaldi window is already open with a single empty tab, the clicked link should replace the contents of this tab)

What actually happens

  1. A Vivaldi window opens, with a single tab: empty start page
  2. After clicking the link again, the URL finally opens in a second tab (the first tab remains empty).
    See the
screen recording (only a few seconds long)

What used to happen for at least a year before a few builds ago
Even when no Vivaldi window was open, clicking a link from outside opened a Vivaldi window with 2 tabs: first tab empty, second with the clicked URL.
