profile links

When I click on someone in this group, for example Cat Man Friedhelm, I get a link like friendica.world/contact/409135…
and then I can also click on the link in that page that is formatted like
friendica-deutschland.de/profi…
Why are there two different kinds of profiles?

@dogshed One is the link to the list of the contacts that are known to your server. And the other is the link that people around the globe can share to reach the same profile. Means: The first one is internal, the second one is external.
