When RSVPing to a recurring event, members can now indicate whether they’re going to just the next occurrence or to all future occurrences. This makes it easier for event organizers to understand who is actually attending a particular event, and ensures attendees only receive reminders for the events they want to attend.
:microscope: What’s changed
On recurring events, the Going button now has a drop-down menu where members can choose to attend:
- This event: They are marked as “going” for the next occurrence only. After that event, they’re removed from the attendee list and won’t receive reminders for future occurrences.
- This event and all following events: They are marked as “going” for all future occurrences and will continue to receive reminders for them until they return and change their RSVP.
On desktop, if members only click the Going button and not the drop-down component, they’ll be marked as attending this event only.
On mobile, tapping Going opens a menu where members must choose how they are RSVPing.
:mega: What do you think?
Over to you: we’d love to hear what you think of this new feature. What do you like and dislike; what is working well, and what could be improved?
Where do I find the new selection options
in https://discourse.crowdin.com to add the German translation ?
Under calender client.yml or server.yml I have not found them
They are in client.yml in the calendar folder. Be sure to check both the calendar folder within the latest and the release folder. I think the texts you are looking for are all in the release folder.

@anko127 texts that were already approved won’t be updated with your suggestion automatically. A proofreader has to take care of them. I suggest you leave a comment on the string in that case; otherwise, it’s unlikely something will change.
Thanks, found and added, there were no translations yet.
