This is first and foremost a proposal to add a “dataleaks” community. E.g.

Rationale:
- infosec.pub is the only thematic instance in the fedi for security related chatter. It should be the top go-to place to report data breaches.
- there does not exist a single community in the open free world for disussing data breaches. There are only cloudflare-centralised locations (piefed.world/leaked, lemmy.zip/databreaches).
