Not just junk food but sweets too. My dad and grandmother wasnt very educated on the harms of junk food while i was growing up. They didnt let me have anything i wanted obviously, but i still had a very bad diet and developed some horrible addictions. I recently quit smoking (Yes, i really did.) And its going well right now. Im past the stage of withdrawals and going strong. But the lack of smoking makes me crave things to eat, especially sweet things. For the past year i’ve been slowly working on myself and trying to beat my addictions/bad habits. I thought smoking would’ve been the final boss but i was wrong. My addictions to snacking and sweets was my greatest enemy and the hardest one to beat. I’ve been working out for 2 years and theres barely any visual progress because i keep having slop snacks. Im not obese nor do i have health problems from this, but i eat enough to make sure my muscle mass never becomes visible. Im open to any suggestions (except drug related things) submitted by /u/Smart_Anything_9376
