Hi, I just created a new Vivaldi account today. When I try to log in to Sync (both on Linux Mint desktop and Android mobile), it gets stuck at 'Connecting'. And it never asks me encryption page.

In vivaldi://sync-internals, I see User Actionable Error: Needs settings confirmation and the Traffic Log shows continuous GetUpdates Response - Received error: Network error (ERR_TIMED_OUT).

The account itself is confirmed and active (I can log into the forum/community fine), but the Sync server is timing out and won't prompt for the Encryption Password. Is there an issue with the sync servers initializing new vaults today?"
