I made 2 successive calls within 2 minutes to the same number, neither of which was answered. On my end the phone rang for the same approximate duration until the calls went to voice mail. Yet when I checked the duration of the calls (Motorola Edge Plus 5g UW 2022) the first call registered 8 seconds while the second only registered 2 seconds. Does that mean that the second call was declined? Thank you in advance
