I used the footer hook because I couldn't figure out how to do it with a templat

I used the footer hook because I couldn't figure out how to do it with a template. The documentation on this stuff is still pretty thin so if you could either point me to an add-on already doing that or just tell me how to do it I'd appreciate it.

I'm also planning on moving all those settings into a single array so this add-on isn't cluttering up the pConfig table with a gazilion entries.
