As such, I'm needing to write up an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) plan for NLNet to ensure we can secure the funding for each work item.

One of the bigger problems we've had with the taskforce is actually getting people involved and contributing.
Yes, standards work isn't particularly glamorous but it's necessary if we want things to change for the better.
I know that the time for the meeting is currently not necessarily ideal for people on the west coast, but I'm constrained by European office hours, as that's what I need for some European organisations to participate.
If we get more attendance regularly, then I can shift the meeting to a better timeslot (probably an hour later).

Securing money to help fund the work the task force is doing is something I've been slowly working on over the past 12 months, since I recognise people can't necessarily spend a bunch of time on standards work without compensation.
