It&#039;s why only 12% of Americans under 30 are both married and homeowners — compared to over 50% in the 1950s. Band-aids and rent controls won&#039;t fix it. Government-run grocery stores won&#039;t fix it. Only sound money and an end to central bank money printing will fix it — and neither party is willing to go there. Clint draws on his years as a hard money mortgage broker to explain why the housing market is structurally broken, why mortgage rates above 7% have frozen buyers out entirely, and why the &quot;fix&quot; being floated — 50-year mortgages — is just a mechanism to get the next generation into permanent debt servitude rather than bring prices down.
