Blue tapcon screws. Here in the US, they are usually sold in a box with the correct size drill bit. You will meed a drill, however. And while its much easier to drill throught the mortor, over time, the mortor will crumble and the screw will become loose. Place the tapcon screw in the brick.

If you have many plants or plan on changing the layout occasionally it might be a good idea to attach a metal grid or a wood wall to the brick wall and then attach the plant hooks onto that instead of directly on the brick wall.
If it’s just one plant in corner or something it might be easier to attach a hook to the ceiling.
If you want it in the middle of the wall, you should look for plant hooks that have at least two holes for screws, so that the weight isn’t just pulling out on one screw, but instead is pulling down on both. Like a regular shelf hanger.
Either way, you’ll need two stone/brick drills and proper plugs. Drilling in bricks and mortar can be tricky, so it’s best to do it right the first time. Start with a small drill to make a small guiding hole for the bigger drill. If you simply start with the big drill, it will often find it’s way through the material in whatever is easier for it. A small pre-drilled hole makes sure that the big drill finds the" correct" easy way. Make sure that the hole is deep enough for the plug and then some.
Vacuum out all the dust. Put a tiny amount of caulking in there before the plug. That’ll make it stay in place even if the hole is not perfect.
