People attending Regina’s Globe Theatre last week might have noticed something new in the theatre: uniformed police officers sitting in the audience throughout the performance.
They were there to protect the actors and theatre staff after a video showing students leaving a performance of Little Red Warrior and His Lawyer earlier this month circulated online.
The theater’s executive director Oz Weaver said the video “hit about four or five different right-wing publications across Canada.”
