This promotes trusted instances ahead of others. sortCardsByPing becomes sortCardResults. This sorts instances in the chooser by
Reachable trusted instances by ping Reachable untrusted instances by ping Unreachable instances (ex. timedout) at the bottom (even if trusted)
Adds a strong ‘Recommended Instance’ label to the card-footer.
