Now that we have some lovely options for minimal window chrome, we have new problems. So far, they seemed to be getting fixed quite quickly!

BUG: If you have the the Tab Bar hidden (I like to keep it unchecked in UI Autohide settings and selectively show it) the Open Tab Button Popup (⌘⇧A) no longer works.

The behaviour I would expect would be similar to what happens when the Tab Bar is UI Auto hidden and you press ⌘⇧A: Tab Bar and popup show modally (dismissed when focus is lost).
