I'm trying to set up a new install of Vivaldi on desktop and running into the recently-documented problems with the backup encryption keys. I really can't wait for the developers to release an update for the issue, so I will likely need to reset the sync password. The only other place I'm currently logged in is iOS. Can anyone confirm that deleting my synced data from the iOS app and resetting the sync password will still preserve that data locally, allowing it to be reuploaded to the cloud?
