Looked into this, it looks awesome. Plex is meeting my needs and I own a Plex Pass, but if I didn’t, I’d probably be running this. The server works on Macs, too. Not all of them do.
Dojan@pawb.social 3 weeks ago Damn, this looks really complete. I’ve tried a bunch of clients, my go-to being Amperfy, but I’m also quite fond of Cadence. Going to keep trying this for a bit.
My only question is like, why does it have Audible’s colour scheme? Particularly some of the icons make it really look like Audible.
irmadlad@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago Hey that looks pretty cool. Looked it up int the App store. $5.99 USD. Not bad. In app purchases: NaviSyncRock. Couldn’t find anything on NaviSyncRock for $4.99 USD in the App store. What is NaviSyncRock?

But it’s free in TestFlight. Get it there.
irmadlad@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago Sure, that’s good. I understand how a beta test works. You test out the product, and contribute to the product with your feedback, and you usually get to keep said product. I was just quoting what was on the App store, which $5.99 for an app that is conducive to my needs is nothing really.

Unnecessary. It adds compatibility with another service. I looked into it a few weeks ago. I forget the details, but I looked into this and thought, oh I’ll never need that. The $5.99 gives you all the features you need for all devices.

Not an apple user in any definition but glad apple users are getting clients for Navidrome too. I love Navidrome, especially paired with Feishin for desktop; Symfonium or Tempus on Android
