If a comment is in a gray box in your inbox, does that mean it was deleted?

Usually that means “unread” (which Lemmy will sometimes assign for a while to things which you have actually read.)

it’s really confusing but I’m pretty sure it means that something was posted in the last 10 minutes or something like that
