I know lots of cardio exercises but nothing else is as intense as chasing and hitting somebody over and over. It’s definitely a complete workout. The endorphins it releases is much more potent than running. You just have to watch out because it is so addictive that you may forget yourself and actually permanently disable somebody. It has to be done in a fashion leaves no physical marks ideally, let alone disability. I once overdid it and broke somebody’s femur. Felt horrible for a while about it. That person died sooner than physical age would indicate so it wasn’t my proudest moment.

there is this feeling of exciting secrecy when you close the shutters and all the doors to make sure there are no witnesses. It’s like golden years of middle school truancy all over again when it was so exciting to vagabond over the city nervously to not get caught
