Doesn't really seem like they kinda thing that warrants an entire distro but ok.

I'm not convinced this will find much success.

First of all, like @const_void@lemmy.ml said I'm not sure we need and entire distro for this.

Second I think tiling managers require a lot of customization and it seems to me it would be rather complicated to package sensible defaults for those. Then why would you use a specific distro for tiling workspace managers if you need to spend time customizing it anyway?

I mean what added value would a distro bring?

Have you tried it ? if so :
    1 does it have <alt+tab> ...
    switching ~(between.available.windows)~ ?
    2 resizable +pannable windows ?
... or is it strictly tiling ?

When you install it, you choose between different window managers. Depending on which window manager you choose, it will behave differently.

I think, most of the available window managers have a shortcut for switching between windows (which might be a different shortcut than Alt+Tab).
And I think, most have a mode for resizable+pannable windows (usually called "floating windows").

One window manager which does not have those, is DWM.

(I have not used Axyl, but I have used some of those window managers on other distributions.)

DWM has a patch for floating windows.
