the extremely concerning thing is that I changed the password after leaking that screenshot. I have no idea how OP logged into it, it signals to me a Lemmy bug of some sort

presumably in the time between leaking and changing it? once the password is changed the old password won’t work anymore, and neither will any of the previous login tokens.
I got both those accounts and the entire lemdro.id instance blocked.
