Difference between Jujutsu Kaisen Execution and JJK 0

In preparation for JJK S3, there are a couple of options:

• JJK 0 (2021) - Introduction to Yuta Okkotsu, the guy in the white shirt with the sword.
• JJK Execution - A compilation of JJK S2, and the first 2 episodes of S3 for re-familiarization to the story.
