Yes, the answer is always yes.
But that is because you never read the documentation, the notes, the emails and never seem to remember what they told you during the call or when they met with you in person. You even forget about the teams of technical staff that saved millions or even billions of dollars.
IT is starting to wonder if we are the silent because this is quite irksome.
