  Let’s just throw higher res textures at every 3D game that works good on Steam Deck until it’s unplayable. Days Gone used to be locked 48FPS for me and it’s pretty fucked these days and it looks a tiny bit better to a tiny bit worse depending on how dark you tolerate your night.

  Please note Techland, I’ll just change my review to negative and uninstall your game forever if it works any worse or sparks any less joy than the version you haven’t fucked.

    Personally I wouldn’t say the 2nd was terrible. The first was a better game, but it was helped significantly by free post release updates, which DL2 has gotten a lot of a well. I was pretty impressed with the depth of the city and I like the slow infection aspect. I really miss having a vehicle, but if I remember correctly, there wasn’t a vehicle in the first one at launch and it was added later. Just my 2 cents.

      I’ve played hundreds of hours of both games. Dl2 has a lot going for it and is an amazing game… On the other hand the story is awful past the first chapter.

  Are they going to patch the ps4 version to not run at 1080p 30fps with thick motion blur on the ps5?

  It doesn’t look it like, but they’re still charging £25 for over on PSN.
