Can’t remember any drawn together episodes that were in 16:9 and this art style. So I guess it’s an Fan Animation.
The movie
So my point still stands.
I think the writer spent more time complaining about how the movie failed than actually writing the thing. As with season 3 they were mostly stuck playing Xbox
