i thought this was interesting; i’m also quite aware of the fact that wcw was airing an incredible sting/flair match while wwf was…. checks notes making it all about vince mcmahon to gloat while verbally abusing a woman.

it’s also notable that this is the exact event that caused me to check out of wrestling after an entire decade of being in love with it and i wouldn’t fall back in love with it until aew came along.
