I’ve created a few on Grok for specific things and I like using the assistant, doc, and therapy. The therapy one is sooo damn good. I’ve talked out a few things and felt so much better and felt like I had a better direction for the problem I was facing after talking to the AI. Especially late at night and wanting to just talk out something on my mind that won’t let me fall asleep.

Oh yea, it’s good for that. I was actually doing that right now on an app called ‘Kin’ very supportive.
