I think this is a litmus test to see if chainsaw man’s anime is profitable enough to continue with audience interest
Unfortunately Studio MAPPA fired the S1 director Ryu Nakayama already…
Which was very unfortunate, because S1 was a masterpiece…
All because the Japanese audience didn’t care for the “westernized” direction
