Maybe we could have the government and him get together and have a discussion about it. Probable need some sort of impartial mediator to sit in too. Since Garcia doesn’t have a wealth of knowledge about what’s legal and illegal we could also have some one there to advise him in these matters.
I just think every person should be able to present their side of the story, ya know.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution establish the right to due process. It ensures that no person is deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Due process applies to everyone, including the undocumented and because Kilmar wasn’t afforded this right, any accusation can be used against him at this point.

I don’t care if he’s the Capo di tutti i capi of whatever cartel they all “are members of”, until there’s a fair trial with evidence. And even then when the government goes this far to violate human rights, it invalidates their whole case
