On 14 October 2025 they’ll give you the final incentive to kick them to the kerb and install a different OS when your perfectly fine Windows 10 PC stops getting security updates.

Its good to know that this will be optional in Europe. But at this point, do I even care?
2025 will be the year that Linux will see an influx of users, and it will all be due to Microsoft’s anti-consumer practices.
