My favorite strategy in this manual is using a middle management position and making sure everyone is working as inefficiently as possible. Probably also among the ones most relevant to the current situation!
Yeh the “make sure everything is decided by committee” really struck me. As someone who leans towards setting and leading the collaborate decision making groups at work. Has me rethink the efficiency and effectiveness of how I was going about things.
There are multiple PDF copies on archive.org as well, which are somewhat more readable.
This simply won’t cut it. Modern times require modern, 3D printed solutions.
