  I've written this many times, that just because someone I disagree with has an idea doesn't mean that the idea is wrong. I think that it's safe to say that privilege as an idea absolutely exists. The thing that my ideological opponents get wrong is the idea that anyone has Monopoly on privilege.

  I think that this illustrates my point quite well, people who were exercising privilege and getting much better marks than they deserved because of the way that they looked and their gender suddenly face a level playing Field and find that they aren't doing nearly as well as I thought that they were.

  On the other hand, "hot girl privilege" probably isn't the sort a thing that will be printed on poster boards by protesters, because it's the sort of thing that is very inconvenient.

    🤣 yeah, its really funny. Told my gf to ask which of her friends lost grades after COVID. That way they can figure out who the hot ones are, lol

    I was a RA I'm college. It was a hard job to get.

    They taught us a lot about white privilege. Someone did point out that every single RA was attractive.

    They only hired pretty people. So someone made the joke about pretty privilege. It kinda got quite in the room because everyone realized it was true.

    It definitely exist. More so than "white" privilege imo.

    No lie, i was top of my class in history and English composition, because of me all the kids in class would study off my work or cheat off me. Now on the subject matter, i think isolation affects everyone differently. However something can be said about the feeling of self worth a woman gets from attention in various forms so to say.
