Why can't we have crime free cities ? Because it would put blacks/migrants in jail and that would be 'racist'

  Why don't they just put up posters declaring a crime free zone? Maybe the crime people don't know that it is wrong to crime. Just in case some can't read and crime anyway, we should invest in literacy programs so that people can read instead of criming.

  SO, for less crime and less crimers we need to send 10,000 copies of 'Heather has two Mommies' to Chicago.
