"Ukraine says it struck a Russian semiconductor plant in Voronezh, located nearly 200 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. The facility produces electronics used in Russian cruise and ballistic missiles, including the Iskander and Kh-101.
Three foreign-flagged civilian vessels were struck by Russian forces in the Black Sea over the preceding day. An Egyptian sailor was killed aboard a Turkish-owned vessel, which caught fire and was later deemed unseaworthy.
Ukrainian drone operators in the small frontline village of Mala Tokmachka say they are repelling Russian forces located just 3 kilometers away.
