I don’t see options in the settings, such as
- Receive an email when an account posts to Mastodon.
- Receive an email when there is a new post in a Lemmy community.
Lemmy communities and Mastodon profiles both produce a RSS feed of posts. I'm sure there is a RSS-to-email service that would do the trick.

Email notifications can be setup, but the option needs to be enabled by the instance administrator. Failing that, your phone app might support push notifications.
