Fun fact: Truck-kun played a pivotal role in Astro Boy’s origin story. The robot was a replacement of the professor’s son who died after being hit by Truck-kun. Without Truck-kun we wouldn’t have Astro Boy, without Astro Boy we wouldn’t have modern animango.
