I don't use Windows - I asked back in Nov. 2024 about the NSIS installer.

Is there a benefit to keeping that installer format?

It looks like I can "deep sign" the MSI or MSIX installers, but it's a bit of a pain to do that with NSIS (i.e., I need two steps for that format).

Now the downside is that for users, we'd need to have something remove the NSIS install because it seems like Window treats them as different apps (e.g. different Start menu, etc.)
