I'm not telling you not to vote, I just want you to be 100% clear about the situation, and understand the limits of voting and how to explore, your real political power. The problem with electoral politics is not that you don't get to decide who wins... It's that you don't get to decide who runs. Your vote matters, sure! And you absolutely, 100% DO get to decide who wins! But all the money of the ruling class, made sure that only their creatures were electable in the first place. The entire process is to make you THINK you have political power, but lobbyists, billionaires, and corporate owned media… make 100% sure, their interests are protected at all times. The electoral system ITSELF is a tool of protection for the ruling class, it’s there as a pressure relief valve, to diffuse your revolutionary energy, and dissipate it into harmless voting… that beyond the tinniest of promises, fundamentally reinforces the economic system that has you subjugated. It also serves to distract you from your REAL political power, which is your labour power, which if collectively held, would give you more political power in 1 week, then 100 years of voting. You need to read, learn, and organise. You will never dream beyond the short chains of electoral politics, or experience real political power, until you do.
