Over 100 groups across 15 European countries are planning coordinated actions on November 6–7, including demonstrations, public meetings, stalls, petitions and local events, to demand an immediate moratorium on new large-scale datacenter developments. The campaigners say the moratorium should last until clear frameworks are in place for scrutiny and meaningful public participation.
