Hey everyone, I 24M (always been living in Switzerland) just started a paid internship after graduating from university with a law degree. I am working 100%. I feel like too much of my time is spent working. The weekends go by too quickly and are laregly spent recovering from the work week. I am living with my parents and strongly consider not to move out for a long time to reduce cost and because living alone scares me. I do contribute to 1/3 of costs (food and rent) : CHF 800 per month nowdays. To me that means that if I ever am lucky to earn CHF 5000 full time, I could work 60% and earn 3000 and be well into my costs. If I earn 6000 as 100%, I could work 50% and still earn 3000. I feel like my current 4.5k per month is way more than I need. Would you say it is realistic to live in Switzerland with CHF 3000 per month (12 times and not 13), granted I do manage to find part time employment ? submitted by /u/Intrepid_Letter4719
