Stassen argued the injections were a biological weapon rolled out via unlawful public deception, naming the defendants as implementers. While immunity shields protect many in the US and Canada, that protection doesn’t exist in the Netherlands. The court has indicated a judgment may come as early as December 9 (or potentially delayed into early 2027 due to the case’s complexity).
