Anyone else remember seeing the ”The cancer still grows. That's the American dream.” story?

It was a screenshot of a social media (probably Facebook) post where the OP tells the story of his father immigrating to the US, building his own business, going from rags to riches, blah blah blah. Then he gets cancer and the story ends with the phrase in the title.

You’d think with that ending it was supposed to be an ironic commentary, but it’s an unironic America rah rah story. Anyway, I remember seeing this years ago and the ending is absurd enough to be memorable.
