  @tomkindlon @longcovid Two things I want in a trial metric:
  - stamina assessment: not "does a little cognitive exertion make you tired?" but "how long can you do X before your performance degrades?"
  - control for pacing: not "how bad are your symptoms?" but "how bad are your symptoms AND how much can you do while maintaining this level of symptom severity?"

    Yes, I thought the pacing one while reading studies. My symptoms have improved but I'm doing less.
